I was at my desk scrolling Truted Housesitters and saw a listing for a sit in New Zealand. I posted some stuff on IG about leaving, like “I’m outta here”. I’m about to say fuck this shit, quit my job and go travel asap. My heart hurt and I felt very disturbed. I went outside and ended up thinking “You know what, JuJu? You can. You can quit your job SOON instead of waiting until next year or the year after that. I have the money that Mommy gave me and I can housesit and live for cheap, maybe get a gig doing conversations in English with someone. I put on News In Slow Italian and then my theme song from Italy— Golden by Jill Scott came on. I Marco Poloed my girl and told her that I don’t wan’t this life anymore, so I don’t have to do this anymore. Hooray for me!!
